Our Agency
Our story begins in 1978 at Buckingham Palace. Created by Claude BOLLATI and his collaborator, the real estate agency CABINET IMMOBILIER DE MONTE-CARLO was born. After 20 years of practice in the real estate market of the Principality, the agency moved to Avenue de la Madone between the “Le Métropole” hotel and the Casino Gardens under the name Bollati IMMOBILIER with the new recruit, Emmanuel BOLLATI, the son.
In 2016, the duo became a trio with the arrival of the grandson, BOLLATI Sacha.
Three generations are now united in a 100% family-owned business with 44 years of experience, allowing us to be effective and at your service in all areas of real estate:

A perfectionist and hard worker, he masters the administrative field, and his knowledgeable advice and courtesy make him an essential human contact.

Monégasque, he knows his country like the back of his hand! Add to that 22 years of customer contact as the director of a Michelin-starred restaurant created by his parents, then 44 years in real estate. His experience in human contact and the constant concern for making customers happy make him our Swiss Army knife.
This human approach has also been the guiding thread that led him to the position of deputy mayor of Monaco in charge of senior services.

Born in Monaco and a graduate of the Monaco Hotel School, where he learned respect for the customer, interpersonal skills, rigor, and the courtesy required for the profession. A perfectionist, he has brought additional expertise to the agency thanks to his training as a “real estate expert-evaluator” and a fresh perspective from his youth, which brings a breath of modernization: digitalization of the company’s processes for automation and simplified access for all our clients through an extranet. The search for properties for rent and sale is also one of his strengths.
